Megan Sheehan is a Los Angeles-based actress with a range of experience in television, film, and theater. She has appeared on popular television shows including NCIS, Modern Family, and You're the Worst; and has played the title character in pilots such as Lucy Follows Her Dreams and Open Carrie, and independent films such as Spidora. Megan brings authenticity, vulnerability and keen comedic timing to every performance, making her a versatile and compelling presence on screen and stage.
Megan has trained with prestigious institutions such as LAMDA in London and Steppenwolf West, as well as Warner Loughlin Studios and Antaeus Theatre in Los Angeles. She has completed advanced improv training at United Citizens Brigade and studied a variety of acting techniques, including Meisner, Viewpoints, and Imagination-Based work.
Her skill set extends to a wide range of dance styles, from Broadway and ballet to swing and contemporary, as well as dialect work including Southern (most Southern US regions), British (RP and London) and Irish (Dublin).
In addition to her acting career, Megan has a background in professional baking, graphic design and art history. She is also a member of a craft chocolate society and has judged multiple chocolate competitions. Her creative talents and diverse interests reflect her adaptability and dedication to her craft.
Acting runs in Megan’s family — her father, Konrad Sheehan, was a stuntman and actor best known for his role in The Warriors. From the age of 7, Megan and her father practiced Meisner’s Repetitions and participated in public speaking engagements together. His influence sparked her passion for performance and storytelling, which continues to drive her career today.
